At TWI, we’re big on applying industry models. We’ll use PROSCI ADKAR’s (Awareness—Desire—Knowledge—Ability—Reinforcement) five building blocks for successful change as we move through each phase of your project.
Integrating Instructional Design and ADKAR
In addition, since our Change Agents are also Learning Professionals/Trainers, we’ll incorporate ADKAR with the Kirkpatrick model (four levels of evaluation). Kirkpatrick levels will be built into your “Knowledge” checks and assessment criteria “Ability” to ensure positive learning outcomes and sustainment.
